As the end of 2019 rapidly approaches, IT’S CALIBER management and staff took a moment to reflect on yet another amazing year. IT’S CALIBER has experienced year-over-year organic growth over the last 4 years, and this year was no different. Facing challenges such as low unemployment rates and increased personnel demands, the team banded together and utilized their industry knowledge and expertise to meet and exceed team goals. From a boost in marketing to a more team-oriented recruitment plan, IT’S CALIBER rose to the occasion.
IT’S CALIBER gathered on Friday evening at Shogun Restaurant in Pasadena, CA to conclude week filled with holiday spirit and recognition. In addition to the announcement of contest winners, key team members shared the spotlight as they were recognized for their achievements.
